Small groups are the main way that we offer pastoral care throughout the church and are a central part of church life.
The groups vary from a handful of people to a large roomful. Some have met for decades and many have very strong bonds of love and mutual support. Some are more fluid and change regularly. One group concentrates on World Mission and our mission partners and another is concerned with Justice and Fairtrade issues. Small groups generally worship, pray and study the Bible together (linked to the sermon series), eat together regularly and hold at least one social event each term. |
