Jennie Frost

Jennie is one our Kids' Ministers and has been with us since September 2021.

When were you born?
I was born in between Christmas and New Year which has proved tricky for birthday parties ever since.

Any significant others?
I’m a mum of two daughters who are 10 and 7 and wife to Jonny Frost who is currently the curate here at HTH.

What were you doing before you were one of our children's ministers?
I have mainly worked in mental health and with children, young people and students or a mix of these. I also ran a peer support toddler group for new parents with depression or anxiety and worked in a florist, so fairly varied!

If you could go anywhere on holiday, where would it be?
I’d love to go to New Zealand to see the sights and also visit the extended family we have there.

What's your favourite part of the Bible?
I love reading the Gospels, reading about all that Jesus did and imagining what it would have been like to see that firsthand; however my favourite verse is Exodus 14:14.

What do you enjoy most about your role?​
It is a privilege to get to know the children and their families. I love connecting with children through play at Hurdsfield Tots and being able to support families when they need it. ​
