Small groups for adults

Small groups are central to church life at HTH, encouraging and supporting each of us as we walk with Jesus.
The groups vary from a handful to a large roomful. Some have met for decades and have very strong bonds of love and care for each other. Several new groups have started in the last few years and we currently have twelve. Small groups pray and study the Bible (linked to the sermon series), with some also having a time of worship. They'll also get together socially every so often, for example to share a meal together. |

One World Group
Tuesdays 7.30 pm In our homes Sharing Jesus’ love, encouraging and praying for each other and our church partners globally. 
Koinonia Tuesdays 1:30 pm In our homes We are committed to following Christ, praying for and supporting each other. 
The Orchard Thursdays 8:00 pm In our homes Rooted in God's word, growing together, encouraging each other to bear fruit (Psalm 1:2-3). 
Evergreens Mondays 2:00 pm Hurdsfield Community Hub Generally older and sometimes wiser. 
Oasis Tuesdays 11:00 am or 11:30 am for socials We meet weekly on zoom but have some face to face socials in our homes and the Hurdsfield Community Hub A place of calm and trust for studying God’s word. 
Nourish and Flourish Thursdays 8:00 pm In our homes Studying God's word together, supporting each other in prayer ... and eating cake. |
TGI Tuesday
Tuesdays 7:15 - 9:15 pm Vicarage Keeping it simple, having fun, no questions off limits. Ideal group if you're new to all this. 
Just Friday Fridays 8:00 pm Hurdsfield Community Hub Encouraging each other to deepen our understanding of God’s word and live out our faith. 
Honking Geese Wednesdays 8:00 pm In our homes Sheltering each other, taking turns to lead, staying with the injured. 
Pilgrims Wednesdays 8:00 pm Hurdsfield Community Hub Togetherness, in learning from God’s word and in prayer. 
New Beginnings Wednesdays 8:00 pm In our homes We seek to grow in faith and to support one another pastorally. 
BFG – Bible Fellowship Growth (or Big Friendly Group) Thursdays 7:30 pm In our homes Growing together through Bible study, prayer and fellowship. |
